What does abundant health look like to you?
Better yet what does it feel like?
I want you to experience abundant health, whatever that is for you.
When you make the decision to go after crazy good health, a funny thing happens, our mind and emotions play tricks on us.
They tell us that we’re missing out — maybe it’s junk food, a favorite dessert, alcohol, going to bed whenever we want, waking up whenever we want.
If it hasn’t happened yet, there will likely be something down the road that will make you feel like you’re restricted or missing out in some way.
Guardrails are what keep us from going off the road and into the ditch, they are there for our own protection.
I guarantee you that when you reach your health destination, you are not going to be thinking about that slice of pie you said no to or that drink you passed up.
I recently heard Dr. Michael Murray make the statement, “Nothing tastes as good as healthy feels” unfortunately, it sometimes takes us getting sick before we realize what a blessing it is to be healthy.
Keep making those decisions that will enable you to experience abundant health.
