Have you heard the term “skinny fat”?

It’s used to describe people who are skinny, but don’t have any muscle tone.

I don’t think anyone sets out to be a poster child for “skinny fat” but this is what happens when we crash diet or try a miracle pill to lose weight.

Instant gratification never produces the lasting results that we want for our body.

The term, “health accumulation” may not sound exciting, but neither does “skinny fat”.

How would we expect our car to run if we gave it the wrong kind of fuel?
