Have you found your WHY?

Have you ever met someone who just seems perpetually motivated?

It can be easy to make excuses as to why we may not be as driven as someone else.

Excuses, however valid they may be, are not a permission slip for failure.

In fact, there’s a common thread that every motivated person shares.

They have defined their WHY.

It can be easy to take on someone else’s WHY, but it won’t work unless it rings true in your heart.

You’ll know when you’ve found your “why” because you’ll be able to stay the course and experience the results of consistency.

What’s your WHY?
I’d love to hear about it in the comments below.

My “why” is that I want to feel good, energetic, healthy and be an example to others who are struggling. It’s hard to change old habits BUT little bits at a time WILL bring success!
