Requesting a Refund or Return
Return any item shipped by Dr. Wholeness for a refund or replacement within 30 days of receipt.
Before returning a product to us, you will need to email us at email@example.com and request a refund.
Refunds are provided only for the price of the product on the original order and do not include shipping charges or coupons/discounts used at the time of purchase.
To receive a refund or replacement, your product must be shipped back to us unless we advise you to discard the unwanted product.
Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer.
Dr. Wholeness is not responsible for lost or stolen return packages.
When returning products to Dr. Wholeness, we recommend that you insure the return package and obtain a tracking number.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We are committed to providing the highest level of service possible. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. Provide us with as much information as you can about the problem, including your order number, names and quantities of the affected items. We will be happy to provide a refund or replacement for damaged or defective items at no additional cost to you.
If the items you received do not match the items on your order, we will happily ship the correct items at no additional cost to you. We may ask that you return the incorrect items to us using a prepaid return postage label.
Receiving an incorrect item does NOT include receiving a product that was purchased by mistake.
If you purchased the wrong item by mistake, we ask that you place a new order for the correct item and email email@example.com and request a refund for the mistakenly purchased product.
*Dr. Wholeness reserves the right to deny refund requests for fraudulent returns or orders delivered over 30 days prior to submission of the request.
