These bliss ball recipes not only provide delicious, no bake treats, but they also help you get some extra protein. Goat Whey Protein is a highly digestible, non-denatured, low allergy whey protein food from goat milk.
Chocolate Protein Balls
Ingredients
1 cup pecans
1.5 cup pitted dates
2 TBSP cacao powder
1 TBSP Grassfed butter or coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 TBSP water
1 TBSP turmeric
3oz dark chocolate
2 scoops chocolate Goat whey
Directions
Add all ingredients, except the Goat Whey, to food processor and blend until it starts to form a ball. Then add Goat Whey and blend for 15 seconds. Roll into balls and refrigerate. You can also roll the balls in cacao powder and Goat Whey or leave them plain.
Chocolate Chip Protein Balls
Ingredients
1/2 cup almond flour
1 packet Goat Whey
2 TBSP cacao powder
2 TBSP peanut butter
1 TBSP maple syrup
2 TBSP water
Mini chocolate chips
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a bowl, except the chocolate chips, and stir together until dough forms. Roll into bite size balls and then roll in chocolate chips. Freeze for 20 minutes and enjoy!
Cookie Dough Protein Balls
Ingredients
1 cup old fashioned rolled oats
8 pitted medjool dates
1/2 cup vanilla Goat Whey protein powder
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup vanilla nutpod or milk of choice
2 scoops Great Lakes collagen
2 TBLS dark chocolate chips such as Lily’s or Hu Kitchen
Directions
Add dates to a food processor or high powered blender. Blend and pulse until a paste forms. Add oats and pulse a couple times.
Transfer to a bowl and add the rest of the ingredients and stir until thoroughly combined. If the mixture is dry, add a tablespoon or two of milk or water.
Form into bite size balls by rolling with hands and place in a freezer safe container. Freeze for an hour. You can eat them straight from the freezer or store in the fridge for up to a week.
